The Core Objective of the SciBA.COM Circuit is the creation of a High Performance Schools Network [HP Schools] in Africa to support and promote academic and professional competitiveness in Global context: To establish schools and emerging achievers/leaders as Global Assets in the field of International Quality Based Education and Edutraining [IQBEE].
EduTraining is the internationally accredited integration of theory and practice: classroom education [theory] and professional co-curricular career path development [practice]
Co-curricular Science Based Activity [SciBA] is the foundation of the SciBA.COM Circuit. These include:
All role-players in the Global Community are stakeholders in Youth Development, and should participate in a meaningful way in the SciBA.COM Circuit programme as partners/participants
To participate in the SciBA.COM Circuit programme, role-players should accept the following affiliation criteria

Commitment: Schools and other stakeholders must illustrate a formal in-kind commitment to their sustained participation in the Global programme

Schools become active participants in the Global Asset development programme [Schools are developed as Global assets]

Schools participate in internationally accredited Science Based Competitions [SBC’s].

Schools participate as real time and virtual hosts for SciBA.COM Circuit events

Logistical Support Ability. Schools must be able to provide a minimum level of logistical support for the SciBA.COM Circuit, eg facilities [school halls, classrooms, computer centres, Internet etc]
SciBA.COM Circuit Schools participate actively in the international Measurement and Certification Programme:

The measurement of students’ achievements in terms of the Investment:Achievement Ratio

The measurement of students’ SciBA achievements in terms of internationally accredited criteria

The determination of Potential Retained/Lost Ratio
SciBA.COM Circuit Schools accept Internationally Accredited Industry Standards as determined by the International Standards and Ethics Commission [ISEC] as criteria for the assessment of Science based activities
SciBA.COM Circuit Schools adhere to Ethical Work Practices that have been determined by the International Standards and Ethics Commission [ISEC]
SciBA.COM Circuit Schools affiliate to-, and participate in-, the EduFRANSciSE Social Entrepreneurship Programme. EduFRANSciSE activities and events are designed to generate funding for SciBA.COM Circuit Schools.
SciBA.COM Circuit Schools invest in meaningful way in [Global and national] Environmental Investment/Entrepreneurship Programmes, such as:

the effective management of resources [water, energy]

effective recycling/re-use of waste, and
-
the implementation of effective pollution limitation/prevention measures
There is no financial commitment for schools affiliated to the SciBA.COM Circuit Programme. The essence of schools’ is In-Kind contribution to the programme:

Participation in the Programme by schools, and
-
The (i) granting of access to, and (ii) the facilitation of participation for students, in the SciBA.COM Circuit Programme
